Board Meeting Checklist

1.) The7am morning of athe meeting

1.) 7AM, removeRemove batteries from board mic's and place them in the charging dock in the storage closet. 

 

3pm 

2.)

2.) Test podium computer to ensure proper power, video output and audio streaming capabilities. 

3.) Power on the A/V system, power on all screens, cameras, confirm audio output levels, and camera angles.
